At Rehome Puppies Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, we prioritize customer satisfaction and the well-being of our puppies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Condition: The puppy must be returned in good health and with no signs of neglect or abuse.
  3. Veterinary Report: A licensed veterinarian must provide a health report confirming the puppy’s condition upon return.
  4. Contact: Initiate the refund process by contacting us via email or phone.
  5. Processing: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  6. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  7. Replacement Option: If the puppy has a life-threatening health issue documented by a veterinarian within 14 days, you may choose a replacement puppy or receive a refund.
  8. Final Sale Items: Puppies sold as “final sale” or “as-is” are not eligible for refunds.
